Reflection: March 4th, 2016, I was a presider for Central Western Zone Conference and as a presider I was able to gain professional development experience. At the conference, there were many professional development talks that I was able to learn and later on use what I learned in my physical education classroom. One professional development I enjoyed is learning to play dodgeball in new way. We are use to playing dodgeball with two line facing each other and throwing at each other as hard as possible which is dangers to do. Now I able to play dodge in my physical class in a new way where students are not hitting each other with ball.
